| Research Interests |
| We study fungi, largely Aspergillus spp., for the production of biofuels or biofuel precursors, such as lipids, polyketides and terpenes. We are also interested in the production glycoside hydrolases and the mechanisms associated with high level production and secretion of such enzymes. We utilize genetics, genomics, proteomics and transcriptomics in our studies. |
