Research Interests

My reserach focusses on physiology of fungi in relation to natural carbon sources and covers analysis of transcriptional regulators, extracellular degradation of polysaccharides, analysis of metabolic pathways, comparative genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics, proteomics, differentiation within fungal colonies, growth profiling and heterologous gene expression.
