This directory contains data related to homology between various 
Aspergillus species/strains and other organisms.

The orthology subdirectory contains data pertaining to orthology
mappings between the Aspergillus species/strains and other organisms. 
These mappings were performed at AspGD using InParanoid 
(http://inparanoid.sbc.su.se/) software.

The best_hits subdirectory contains mappings between A. nidulans and
S. cerevisiae, for A. nidulans proteins that did not have an
S. cerevisiae ortholog that meets the strict criteria used to define
orthology.
