This directory contains the current version of Aspergillus niger ATCC 1015
genomic sequences.

Sequenced by JGI. Sequence and GFF annotation downloaded from the JGI v3.0 download page on 27-Apr-2009.
Gene models subsequently refined at AspGD by PASA alignment of A. niger ATCC 1015 ESTs.

Note: Currently, we only provide genomic DNA and predicted protein sequences for
A. niger ATCC 1015. We hope to receive updated gene models soon, at which time
we will add gene, coding ORF, and intergenic sequence data sets.
